Please accept this letter as my highest recommendation for Mr. Merrill Warner. I have known Mr. Warner through his work as a contract employee of the Country Music Association on projects for more than 20 years.

During these past two decades, Mr. Warner has worked each year for the CMA on two of our most important annual productions: The CMA Awards and the CMA Music Fest; the latter of these being an event that this year had 56,000 attendees and over 100 musician artists. Mr. Warner's responsibilities have included assisting with media, overseeing talent escort and other important logistics. He has always conducted himself with the utmost professionalism expected by our organization.

Nashville Film Festival is an eight-day festival event with nearly 23,000
attendees taking place at Regal Green Hills Cinema in Nashville, Tennessee. Since 2004, Merrill Warner has worked as the VIP/Security Director overseeing the celebrity guests, filmmakers and industry professionals. He brings the qualities of professionalism, experience and team leadership and has a plan for his team that is flexible as events unfold. We take great pride in the fact that for many guests this is the first visit to Nashville, and I hear over and over that they can't wait to return. Merrill is part of making that magic happen.

Merrill also assists the Festival Onsite Manager and helps with many events
